The NRVT team is always looking for volunteers to help with a variety of activities, ranging from physically demanding tasks to more relaxed ones.

 

We are a family of volunteers who joyfully dedicate our time to nurturing and enhancing the natural beauty of the Norwalk River Valley Trail. Together, we strengthen community bonds and foster environmental stewardship.

Our meetings are in person and open to the public.

We welcome anyone interested in getting involved with our team.

 

The NRVT meetings are held monthly on the 2nd Wednesday from 5:30 PM thru 7 PM EST at the Comstock Community Center (Room 30), 180 School Road, Wilton, CT – Get Directions

The Friends of the NRVT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit pursuing the following mission: To design, build and maintain a universally accessible, multi-use, 30-mile Trail linking Norwalk, Wilton, Redding, Ridgefield and Danbury, providing improved health and well-being, as well as alternative transportation, for everyone in our community.
